She is always on time, my cat is simply delighted to see her and has had a key to my house now for four years. I started using Ruth as a pet sitter, but added her housekeeping services and have been delighted with that, as well. July, 2011 To whom it may concern; As an owner of a dog with severs separation anxiety, I was initially worried about getting a pet sitter. Ms. Baldwin assured me that she has dealt with many different animals with a variety of conditions.  She came out for a Meet and Greet and my Boston terrier, Pepper, warmed right up to her within minutes. He really liked her and I was a little shocked. I had never seen him take to someone so quickly. After the first pet sitting experience, I came home to a happy little dog. Ms. Baldwin had left a card detailing her time spent with Pepper, a thank you letter for the business, and a receipt for the services. Pepper with his separation anxiety did quite well; He did have some accidents, but you would never know because Ms. Baldwin took care of everything. I called and asked her if she would be available the following month for a 2 or 3 day stay. She said she would. The day after I returned home, Ms. Baldwin came by my house to return the key and discussed a plan of action for the next time that she would pet sit. She offered many useful pieces of advice and things that we could do to ease my dogs' anxiety, like; Taking him out for an extra long walk before leaving on my trip. She said this will give him an opportunity to fully relieve himself outside, and also put him in a more restful state of mind in preparation for being left with the sitter. She also suggested taking him for another long walk when I get back home. The next pet sitting experience went wonderfully. The tips that Ms. Baldwin recommended worked great! I have been extremely satisfied with her ability and her services. Ms. Baldwin also offers many other services as well. She will pick up mail, water plants, house keeping while she is pet sitting, even administer medications if needed. She truly cares about all animals and wants to make them feel as comfortable as possible while their owner is away. All in all, I have to say that Ruth Baldwin is dependable, compassionate, and professional, and efficient. She is truly a dog whisperer.
